Pharmacodynamics
anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative, antipruritic.
Like other glucocorticoids, when applied locally, it constricts blood vessels, normalizes vascular permeability, stabilizes lysosomal membranes, and reduces the rate of division of epidermal cells

Indications
- eczema;
- atopic dermatitis (neurodermatitis);
- psoriasis;
- dermatitis of various etiology (including allergic);
- photodermatosis;
- hypertrophic and keloid scars;
- lichen planus;
- discoid lupus erythematosus;
- insect bites.
