pharmachologic effect

The alpha-adrenoblocker mainly affects presynaptic central and peripheral α2-adrenergic receptors. Strengthens the flow of blood to the organs of the small pelvis (including the genitals). Increases libido and potency. Has antidiuretic effect, causes an increase in heart rate and blood pressure.

Indications

Treatment of psychogenic and functional impotence, atony of the bladder, climax in men.
