Dosage form
Tablets round, flat, bevelled and valium on one side, white or almost white.
Composition
clenbuterol hydrochloride 0.02 mg

Excipients: lactose monohydrate 70 mg, wheat starch 31.48 mg, microcrystalline cellulose of 48.5 mg colloidal silicon dioxide 2 mg magnesium stearate 2 mg povidone (povidone K25) 6 mg.
Pharmacological action
Broncholitic, stimulates beta2-adrenergic long-acting. Bronchodilator effect due to the direct relaxing effect on the muscles of the bronchi. Can increase heart rate. Also has tocolytic effect.
Pharmacokinetics
Has a high degree of absorption. High concentrations are in plasma in 15 min after a single ingestion and persist for 7-24 h. report mostly kidneys. T1/2 – 3 hours.
Side effects
From the side of cardiovascular system: tachycardia, arrythmia, decrease in blood pressure.

CNS: tremor of the fingers, anxiety, headache.

From the digestive system: dry mouth, nausea.

Allergic reactions: skin rash.

Other: hypokalemia.

Special conditions
Perhaps the development of resistance and syndrome "ricochet".

It is impossible to prevent the entry of drugs into the eye, especially in glaucoma.
Testimony
Prevention and mild bronchospasm in bronchial asthma; bronchitis with broncho-obstructive syndrome.
Contraindications
Hyperthyroidism, tachycardia, tachyarrhythmia, subaortic aortic stenosis, acute myocardial infarction, pregnancy, hypersensitivity to clenbuterol.
