Pharmacological action
Vermoxum is anthelmintic drug broad-spectrum. The active ingredient of the drug — mebendazole — selectively disrupts the formation of cellular tubulin of helminths, which leads to inhibition of the transport and absorption of nutrients, in particular inhibited the utilization of glucose.
