Composition

ketoprofen 100 mg

Excipients: lactose, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide.

The composition of the capsule shell: gelatin, titanium dioxide, dye blue patented "Patent blue V".

pharmachologic effect

NSAIDs, a propionic acid derivative. It has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect. By inhibiting COX-1 and COX-2 and partly lipoxygenase, ketoprofen inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins and bradykinin stabilizes lysosomal membranes.

Ketoprofen does not adversely affect the condition of the articular cartilage.

- Symptomatic treatment of inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system (including rheumatoid arthritis, seronegative arthritis / ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, reactive arthritis /), osteoarthritis, gout, pseudogout);

NSAIDs should be started no earlier than 8-12 days after discontinuation mifepristona.Ketonal® can be combined with centrally acting analgesics. The solution may be mixed with morphine per vial.
