Composition

pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6) 50 mg 100 mg

cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12) 500 ág 1 mg

lidocaine hydrochloride 10 mg 20 mg

Auxiliary substances: benzyl alcohol, sodium tripolyphosphate, potassium hexacyanoferrate, sodium hydroxide, water d/and.
Pharmacological action
Combined polivitaminny product. The effect of the drug is determined by the properties of vitamins, included in its composition.

Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) is involved in conducting nerve impulses.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) has vital effects on the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats necessary for normal blood formation, functioning of the Central nervous system and peripheral nervous system. Provides synaptic transmission, the processes of inhibition in the CNS, is involved in the transport sphingosine, part of the nerve sheath, is involved in the synthesis of catecholamines.

Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides is an important factor for normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells; is necessary for the metabolism of folic acid and myelin synthesis.

Testimony
In the complex treatment of the following neurological diseases:

— trigeminal neuralgia;

— neuritis of the facial nerve.

— pain syndrome caused by spinal cord injuries (intercostal neuralgia, sciatica, lumbar syndrome, cervical syndrome, cervical-brachial syndrome, radicular syndrome, caused by degenerative changes in spine);

— polyneuropathy of different etiology (diabetic, alcoholic).
Contraindications
— severe and acute decompensated heart failure;

— pregnancy;

— lactation (breastfeeding);

— hypersensitivity to the drug.
