Pharmacological action
Combined multivitamin complex. The effect of the drug is determined by the properties of vitamins, included in its composition.

Benfotiamine - fat soluble form of thiamine (vitamin B1), participates in the conduct of the nerve impulse.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) is involved in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats necessary for normal blood formation, functioning of the Central nervous system and peripheral nervous system. Provides synaptic transmission, the processes of inhibition in the CNS, is involved in the transport sphingosine, part of the nerve sheath, is involved in the synthesis of catecholamines.

Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides is an important factor for normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells; is necessary for the metabolism of folic acid and myelin synthesis.

Testimony
Used in the treatment of these neurological diseases:

Contraindications
— severe and acute decompensated heart failure;
