Composition
ipidakrina hydrochloride monohydrate (Axamon®) 20 mg (calculated as ipidakrina hydrochloride);
excipients – ludipress (lactose monohydrate 93% with povidone 3,5% 3,5 crospovidon%) 65 mg, carboximetilkrahmal sodium 14 mg, calcium stearate 1 mg.
Pharmacological action
Reversible cholinesterase inhibitor. Due to the blockade of potassium channels of cell membranes and oppression of cholinesterase activity stimulates neuromuscular transmission and conduction of impulses in the nervous system. Possess M - and N-cholinomimetic action. Enhances the action of acetylcholine, serotonin, histamine and oxytocin on smooth muscle, resulting in increases airway smooth muscle organs, including the gastrointestinal tract and bronchi, slows heart rate, increases secretion of the salivary glands, myometrium contractile activity, muscle skeletal muscles. Has a stimulating effect on the Central nervous system in combination with individual manifestations of sedative action; improves learning and memory.
Testimony
· diseases of the peripheral nervous system (neuritis, polyneuritis and polyneuropathy, polyradiculopathy, myasthenia and myasthenic syndrome of various etiologies);
· the recovery period of organic lesions of the Central nervous system, accompanied by movement disorders, including bulbar paralysis and paresis;
· complex therapy of demyelinating diseases;
· senile dementia, Alzheimer's disease, encephalopathy of different Genesis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug, epilepsy, extrapyramidal disorders, hyperkinesis, angina, bradycardia, bronchial asthma, mechanical intestinal obstruction or urinary tract, vestibular disorders, gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer in the acute stage, galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption, pregnancy and lactation, children up to age 18 years.
With caution in: gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in remission, thyrotoxicosis, violations of intracardiac conduction; obstructive respiratory diseases in history or in acute diseases of the respiratory tract.
