hydrocortisone 10 mg

Auxiliary substances: calcium stearate, corn starch, lactose, mineral oil, sorbic acid, sucrose.
Pharmacological action
Combined product for local use. Increases the local resistance of the mucosa of the rectum and the skin in the anogenital region to pathogenic microflora. In place of the impact increases the phagocytic activity of leukocytes and cells of the phagocytic mononuclear cells, increases the formation of antibodies and stimulates the regeneration of damaged tissues.

At the same time has anti-inflammatory and antiallergic action.

Testimony
In endocrinology

— adrenal insufficiency (hydrocortisone is the drug of choice for substitution treatment): primary (Addison's disease), usually in combination with drugs mineralocorticoids; the secondary (usually without the addition of mineralocorticoid);

— congenital hyperplasia of the adrenal glands;

— subacute thyroiditis;

— hypercalcemia of malignancy.

In rheumatology

As an additional short-term therapy (during acute attack or exacerbation) in:

— psoriatic arthritis;

— rheumatoid arthritis, including juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (selected cases may require supportive therapy with small doses);

— ankylosing spondylitis;

— acute and subacute bursitis;

— acute non-specific tendosynovit;

— acute gouty arthritis;

— post-traumatic osteoarthritis;

— synovitis in osteoarthritis;

— epicondylitis.
Contraindications
— systemic fungal infections;

— hypersensitivity to components of the preparation in anamnesis
